A walk-through of the property through the “buyer’s eyes” or the “visitor’s eyes”

An assessment of furniture, accessories, lighting adequacy, traffic flow, room focal points and balance

4.

Identify and remedy clutter, smells, and repairs as needed

5.

Paint color and condition addressed and recommendations are made if time permissible

6.

Flooring color and condition addressed and recommendations are made if time permissible

7.

Discussion regarding the effect of curb appeal on the interior

8.

If required, recommendation of reputable tradespersons (eg. handyman, etc.)

9.

Transformation of a portion of a room to several rooms if time allows

10.

Proposal of staging and other services, including estimated costs, for those recommendations you do not want to do yourself
