The Cost Of Staging Is Always Less Than
The First Price Reduction

Staging Occupied Homes For Sale:

A Home Staging Consultation is required before we are engaged to stage your home. Once your consultation is completed, we implement some or all of what is necessary to get the home in show-ready condition:

  • Organizing, storage, and clutter elimination or a referral to a professional organizer
  • Implementing agreed upon enhancements and repairs such as painting, plumbing fixtures, lighting, flooring, window treatments, landscaping and curb appeal improvements
  • Room makeovers using existing furniture and decorative accessories to improve feng shui
  • Spending time finalizing what (if any) additional furniture and decorative accessories will fit the style of the home and complete the profile of the target buyer
  • Additional furniture (rented or purchased), if necessary, to supplement existing furniture
  • Shopping for additional decorative accessories (eg. bedding, throw pillows, towels, or candles)
  • Final placement all of the furniture and accessorizing each room
  • Once your property is listed, promoting the listing through social media (Facebook, Twitter, and Google+)
  • Packing up all rented accessories and supervising the removal of any rental furniture, when the property is sold

Home Redesign (not for immediate resale):

Interior redesign involves many of the same techniques as staging occupied homes for sale, however it focuses on improving the home for the homeowner, rather than the buyer, with an eye toward resale value:

  • Clutter elimination, organizing and storage, or a referral to a professional organizer
  • Shopping for furniture to supplement existing furniture and cater to future purposes of each room (eg. entertaining, studying, etc.)
